Queensborough Community College (Bayside, NY) is currently searching for a qualified, part time Head Women?s Volleyball Coach. The Head Coach will organize, direct and administer the college?s NJCAA DIII Women?s Volleyball Program within the rules and regulations of the NJCAA, Queensborough Community College, the Region XV Athletic Conference and the CUNY Athletic Conference.
Head coaching responsibilities for all aspects of the intercollegiate Women?s Volleyball Program include: coaching, recruiting, training, and supervising student-athletes; maintaining athletic equipment, supplies and facilities; advising and assisting student athletes in achieving their academic and athletic goals. Recommending and supervising an Assistant Volleyball coach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:
Educational & Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree (Master?s Degree Preferred)
- High School / College Coaching Experience or College Athletic Participation
- Must be Certified in CPR & 1st Aid (Refresher Courses Available at QCC)
- Valid NY State Drivers License

- Thorough knowledge of and commitment to compliance with NJCAA rules and regulations.
