Nizar Chahbani, a 5-10 midfielder from Borough of Manhattan Community College, is the NJCAA Division III Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Chahbani had the games only goal in a with a 30-yard shot in the upper-left corner in a 1-0 win over Nassau Community College. According to the coaching staff he defended very well, winning the ball and closing down the opponent. The victory was a team effort, but Chahbani's individual execution heightened the level of the teams performance.
