Suffolk County Community College in Selden will be the site of the 2008 Region XV Men's and Women's Basketball championships on Friday February 29 and Saturday and Sunday March 1 and 2. The tournament starts out first with Women's DIII first round games on Tuesday February 26 at the home sites of the #3 and #4 seeds. Tuesday's schedule is as follows: | #1 Monroe College | (receives bye) |

| | #3 Suffolk CC hosts | # 6 Hostos CC | at Suffolk-Selden | 7 pm | | #4 Queensborough CC hosts | #5 TCI | at QCC | 7 pm | - On Thursday February 28, the Division I Men's Semifinals will take place as follows:
- #3 Monroe College vs. #2 TCI. @ Mt. St. Vincent (Monroe home site) at 6:00 pm
- #4 Westchester CC vs. #1 Globe Institute @ Pace University at 7:00pm
- Things were tight all season for the Division I schools as Monroe, TCI and Globe split all their games to finish in a three tie for first place that had to be decided by a coin flip.

- Game 7: 4 pm Men's DIII semifinal winner of game 1 vs. winner of game 2
- Game 8: 6:30 pm Men's DIII semifinal winner of game 3 vs. winner of game 4
- Game 9: 9 pm DI Men's Championship
- Sunday March 2
- Women's DIII Championship at 12N
- Men's DIII Championship at 2:30
