Region 15 is pleased to announce the 2008-2009 Men's All-Region Basketball Team. The Region 15 Player of the Year is Anderson Labase from the Fashion Institute of Technology. The Region 15 Coach of the Year is Mike Kerr of the Fashion Institute of Technology.
